years the issue with maaco is there preping. If you can find someone good or sand and primer down your car yourself good then the paint job should be decent from maaco. I was actually told that by a shop who does show cars in town, they said its not the paint thats bad, if your willing to put the effort in sanding and primering then it should be a decent result. There paint typically peels off or flakes off becuase they rush the prep work to get the job out. I still wouldn't go to maaco though, rather save my money and pay more for a more trusting paint job.
